How many ladies are there who dread the formal evening dress occasion requiring glamorous low-cut evening dresses and bare arms? Upper arm cellulite is a problem and is temporarily covered up with a shawl or small jacket.

Diet. A weight-loss diet will often help to reduce upper arm cellulite. One week without white flour and sugar would help – with the inclusion of plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, beans and whole grains. Drink much more water and avoid alcohol and coffee drinking.
